Solutions — from app project to end-to-end B2B platform
Most projects start with a clear problem: “we need a supplier portal”, “our customers want self-service”, “we need a mobile app for X”. The shape of the answer differs. These three pages walk you through the most common starting points — and what each typically becomes once the first workflows go live and the next use cases follow.
The investment ranges below are real lower bounds from pilot and MVP work, not sales-folder figures. Which scope fits your case is what we sort out in a 30-minute initial call.
Build Your Own App
From idea to launch in 3–6 months. For companies starting with a focused app — iOS, Android, or both via Flutter, a lean backend, and a defined scope. When the app grows later, it can be extended rather than rebuilt. Code, Apple/Google accounts, and data remain yours.
Customer platform & after-salesSelf-Service Portal Development
When your customers want to view their own orders, invoices, service requests, or device data themselves — and your sales and service teams should not handle every enquiry by hand. ERP and CRM integration, layered identity, audit trail. The clean layered architecture leaves room to add IoT telemetry later without a rebuild.
Procurement & supplier onboardingSupplier Portal Development
When orders, master data, and certificates disappear into a swirl of email and Excel versions every month. Procurement, onboarding, and ERP integration in a single audit-ready platform — hosted in the EU or Switzerland. Economically, the in-house build typically pays back from 80–120 active suppliers compared to SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
What all solutions share
Whichever solution you start with, the architectural substance is the same. We do not build island projects — we build software that fits your existing landscape and can grow with it. Five properties hold across all three paths:
- End-to-end ownership. Architecture, build, and operations in one hand. No handover losses between concept agency, development team, and operations partner. The people who build also know the code that has to be patched three years on.
- EU and Swiss hosting. Standard hosting in German or other EU data centres (Hetzner, Scaleway, OVH), on request in Switzerland (nDSG). GDPR- and nDSG-compliant, without hyperscaler dependency. We make this call with you before the first commit, because it shapes object storage, backups, and the logging pipeline.
- Audit trail with tamper-evidence. Append-only event log for every security- or compliance-relevant action, with timestamp, actor, and a cryptographically chained hash. Suitable for ISO 9001, NIS2, and industry-specific audits — anchored in the data model and API layer, not bolted on later.
- Refactor capability. No greenfield mandate. Grown systems are modernised and extended — live operations continue, future-readiness comes on top. LITE BLOX is one example: a five-year-grown landscape, refactored deliberately rather than rebuilt.
- Direct contact. Felix as your main point of contact, specialist network behind him. No account-manager layer, no communication tiers between you and the person doing the build. For projects with a design component we work with co-creation partners such as studio hak.
What if none of these three fit?
These three are the most common starting points — not the only ones. If your project sits differently, there are two further entries and a direct path:
- Industries hub — architecture patterns and regulatory reality per sector (Industry 4.0, IoT, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Construction & Trades). Useful when compliance and industry standards set the frame.
- Service overview — if you prefer the technology axis: Mobile, Backend, Web, AI/ML, Cloud, Consulting, Maintenance. Useful when the stack or a sub-area (e.g. backend refactor only) is the actual question.
- Direct conversation. If your case does not match any of the three exactly, we sort that out in a 30-minute call — free of charge, no commitment. In most cases the call surfaces whether the project is closer to one of these solutions or warrants a bespoke shape.
